Patrick Northcott

Global CEO, Founder

Patrick Northcott is founder and CEO of ECLEVA (previously known as PnP Solutions). Prior to ECLEVA he was CIO for a number of large corporates supporting business growth through digital transformation.

Shannon Dixon

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Shannon reaches out to Australia-wide supporting clients to access and maintain their Microsoft Solutions. She has supported the delivery of complex projects to public and private sector clients, helping organisations peak efficiency while maintaining their core values balanced with strategic business outcomes. Having 15 years of experience in buying processes, project oversight and maintaining long-standing client relationships, Shannon can provide direction and momentum towards successful results.

Peter Kendhammer

Regional Director (VIC) and Client Success Manager

Peter leads ECLEVA’s Victorian operations and passionately drives successful business productivity outcomes for clients. His global experience across different sectors, organisational types and strength in aligning stakeholders, enables him to successfully work with organisations that are undergoing significant change. He values teamwork and collaboration striving to help ECLEVA’s clients thrive and deliver positive experiences for all their stakeholders.

Kim Taylor

CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER

Kim is a personable and hands-on manager with over 20 years of experience working in a range of operational, strategic and project related roles - both as an employee/leader and in a consultancy capacity. She has extensive experience leading and managing technology-enabled process improvement solutions and strategic digital transformation projects. From a business implementation perspective, Kim is committed to helping her clients deliver end-to-end process solutions to ensure that business benefits are realised for all relevant stakeholders.

Nikki Inglis

ERP PRACTICE LEAD

Nikki has been working with business applications for more than 10 years as a Project Manager, Business Analyst and Microsoft Dynamics ERP Functional Consultant. Throughout her career Nikki worked in finance roles for 20 years until changing to IT roles of functional Consultant, Nikki has led and delivered numerous high-profile ERP implementations across a range of industries, Government, Financial Services, Retail, Construction, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to customers ranging from very large to smaller companies.

Tom Egan

Managing Director, Ireland

Tom Egan is an experienced business and IT Consultant. He has over 30 years experience at senior IT management levels in both the private and public sectors.

Devendra Baghel

DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT

Devendra is ECLEVA's lead Solutions Development Manager. He has extensive experience in requirements analysis, application solution architecture design, development, systems integration and project and delivery management. His team practices agile and scrum to ensure they deliver rapid time to value to our clients.

Akhilesh Sharma

DIRECTOR, INFRASTRUCTURE

With over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure; be it on premise, cloud or hybrid, Akhilesh is ECLEVA's Lead Infrastructure Architect. Akhilesh and his team will develop the right infrastructure solution which is aligned to our clients' organisational goals and governance requirements.

Cristina Northcott

Design Led Thinking Specialist

With 22 years of strategic planning experience, Cristina works with clients to develop their technology strategy and prioritised roadmap. Using design led thinking principles she works with clients and developers to build applications that improve customer and employee experiences.

Joanne Youngman

Finance Manager

Joanne has worked as a Finance Manager for over 20 years in the IT industry across small to medium sized organisations. She has a solid commercial acumen and good understanding of business drivers.
